How to Operate
Operating a Hoffmans portable ice maker is easy and straightforward:
Fill the reservoir: Pour clean, fresh water directly into the unit’s tank, making sure not to exceed the “Max” line.
Power on: Press the power button on the control panel to start the freezing cycle.
Wait for harvest: The machine will form ice on evaporator prongs and drop them into the ice basket below.
Empty the basket: The unit has an infrared sensor that automatically pauses production when the basket is full. Use the included scoop to dispense ice as needed, Enjoy while it last

Self-Cleaning:
